Remote Candidate Interviewer

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Candidate Interviewer to conduct initial phone interviews with prospective applicants. You will help identify qualified talent for open positions, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support the overall recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct back‑to‑back phone interviews with candidates.
• Assess qualifications against established hiring criteria.
• Explain job opportunities, expectations, and next steps.
• Schedule qualified candidates for follow‑up interviews.
• Document interview notes and candidate data in the ATS.
• Maintain a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly interview and scheduling targets.
• Participate in recruiting meetings, coaching sessions, and training.
• Support additional recruitment initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication and interviewing abilities.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple phone interviews consecutively.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to evaluate information objectively and follow hiring guidelines.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and team‑oriented attitude.
