Remote Client Conversion Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn everyday customer interactions into revenue opportunities for global e‑commerce brands. You will work from home, guiding shoppers through the purchase journey and recovering lost sales.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage customers who abandoned carts, offering personalized solutions and incentives.
• Manage the post‑purchase and consideration phases via targeted email and chat outreach.
• Provide product recommendations that increase transaction value.
• Handle customer inquiries and minor troubleshooting quickly and accurately.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Strong persuasion abilities with a proven record of converting leads or recovering sales.
• Experience using Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms and CRM software.
• Reliable remote work setup and self‑discipline.
