Remote Cold Calling Specialist – Base $150 + Uncapped Commission

About the role

AirTalent is seeking motivated Cold Calling Specialists to join a fully remote sales team. You will use provided qualified leads and an automated dialer to contact exhibitors, pitch hotel bookings for major US trade shows, and close sales during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound calls per shift using the automated dialer.
• Present hotel booking options to exhibitors and secure room night commitments.
• Achieve monthly booking targets and track performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling or outbound sales.
• Comfortable working full‑time on US time zones.
• Reliable laptop and high‑speed internet connection.
