Remote Contract Attorney – Transactional Law

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Attorney to provide transactional legal support for a technology platform operating in the gig economy. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while handling high‑volume commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as service agreements, terms of service and vendor contracts.
• Balance business objectives with legal protections during negotiations with counterparties.
• Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks linked to contract execution and performance.
• Maintain organized contract records, track renewal dates and monitor contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in good standing with experience in transactional law, preferably within technology or commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contract formation, interpretation and enforcement principles.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills to explain legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
