Remote Corporate Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Corporate Recruiter to support company‑wide hiring initiatives. You will manage the front end of the recruitment process, conduct structured phone interviews, and partner with hiring managers to fill professional positions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through company‑provided recruiting platforms and applicant pipelines.
• Conduct professional phone screenings to evaluate experience, communication skills, and role compatibility.
• Present career opportunities and explain position requirements, schedules, and hiring expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling.
• Maintain detailed candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs.
• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet hiring timelines and recruitment performance goals while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Support additional talent acquisition projects and recruitment initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interviewing, relationship‑building, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple open positions in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and stable primary and backup internet connection.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management skills in a remote work setting.
• Previous experience in corporate recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
