Remote Customer Experience Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Remote Customer Experience Representative to connect prospective customers with licensed life and health insurance professionals across the United States. The position is fully remote, operates on U.S. business hours, and offers comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialing software.
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience in every customer interaction.
• Introduce available services, answer general questions, and qualify interest.
• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents.
• Document interactions accurately and keep CRM records up to date.
• Resolve basic concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication and active listening.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Positive attitude, coachability, and a customer‑first mindset.
