Remote Customer Outreach Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Outreach Associate to join our growing virtual team. In this position you will engage prospective customers by making high‑volume outbound calls, introduce our services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our licensed representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using our CRM and automated dialer.
• Contact prospective customers, explain available services, and follow approved call scripts.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule appointments.
• Accurately record call outcomes and customer information in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Complete additional outreach and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and quick learning of new software.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
