Remote Customer Relations Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Relations Representative to engage prospective customers through outbound phone outreach. You will represent the company professionally, answer inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule appointments while working from home during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Build positive relationships with prospects through clear, courteous communication.
• Provide accurate information, answer general questions, and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments and update call outcomes in the CRM.
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow established communication procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Support additional outreach initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in customer relations, call‑center operations, or outbound calling is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
