About the role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to engage prospective customers through outbound calls. The role involves answering questions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using our dialing platform.
• Provide accurate information and answer general inquiries.
• Schedule appointments via internal scheduling and CRM systems.
• Update and maintain detailed customer records after each interaction.
• Follow communication guidelines and company procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional customer support and administrative tasks as needed.
