About the role
DigitalTolk is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative fluent in Swedish and English to support hospitals, courts, and municipalities. You will handle client inquiries, manage translation requests, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality support to Swedish‑speaking clients via email, phone, and chat.
- Manage customer inquiries, service requests, and issue escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle translation document requests, coordinate with translation suppliers, and monitor project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and monitor service metrics to meet SLAs.
Required profile
- Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills in both languages.
