Remote Customer Support & Outreach Representative

About the role

Forge, a specialist accounting and financial services provider for businesses in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a proactive Remote Customer Support & Outreach Representative. You will work from Pakistan during the designated shift, engaging with potential clients to introduce Forge’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to companies and introduce Forge’s accounting and financial solutions.
• Explain services clearly and professionally to business owners and decision‑makers.
• Identify client needs, propose relevant solutions, and answer questions accurately.
• Follow up with prospects, maintain communication records, and achieve daily/weekly outreach targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team, report progress, and uphold a positive brand image.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Full‑time availability during 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PKT.
• Motivated, confident, and communication‑focused attitude.
• Based in Pakistan and able to work remotely.
