Remote Customer Support Representative

About the role

StaffShore is seeking a remote Customer Support Representative to assist international clients via phone, chat, and email. You will deliver professional, patient, and accurate service across e‑commerce, SaaS, retail, and professional services sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications through phone, chat, and email.
• Provide clear, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
• Document interactions, tickets, and updates in the designated support system.
• Follow client scripts, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or client contact.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal team members and client contacts as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident handling of phone, chat, and email communication.
• Dependable and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• At least 1 year of customer service, call‑center, or client‑facing experience (preferred).
