Remote Dental Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Dental Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our virtual front office. This fully remote position supports a U.S.-based dental practice and requires a self‑driven professional who can work independently and continuously improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient calls, emails, and texts; schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments to maximize provider productivity.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility, communicate benefit breakdowns, and manage billing, statements, and payment collections.
• Submit dental insurance claims, follow up on claim status, and resolve denials.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensure smooth daily administrative workflows, and identify operational inefficiencies.
• Use Dentrix as the primary practice management software and quickly learn any additional digital tools.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based client in an administrative, office‑management, customer‑service, healthcare‑support, or dental office role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proven problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
