Remote Education Consultant – AI Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a remote Education Consultant to help design high-quality educational content that trains next-generation AI systems. The contractor will use domain expertise in areas such as finance, healthcare and engineering to create challenging questions and detailed explanations that guide AI reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design image- and video-based scenarios and formulate insightful questions that promote deep reasoning.
• Write clear, step-by-step explanations and comprehensive answers for AI training.
• Review and give constructive feedback on other contributors’ responses.
• Collaborate with a diverse, remote expert team to refine guidelines and content standards.
• Apply subject-matter expertise to ensure relevance and accuracy across specialized fields.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create educational material that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong written communication skills for detailed explanations and feedback.
• Experience in instructional design, learning sciences or assessment design (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and asynchronous workflows.
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
