Remote Hiring Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Hiring Consultant to engage prospective candidates, present available career opportunities, and guide qualified applicants through the early stages of our hiring process. This fully remote position offers a chance to build relationships and help people advance their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective candidates through outbound phone calls.
• Explain job openings, answer candidate questions, and promote the employer brand.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess qualifications.
• Schedule interviews using internal recruiting and calendar tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Follow established hiring processes and communication guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting activity targets.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interviewing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates throughout the day.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple candidates.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, hiring, customer service, sales or appointment setting is a plus.
• Positive attitude and passion for helping people succeed.
