Remote Immigration Paralegal (Training & Placement)

About the role

SMY Solutions is looking for motivated law graduates and paralegal professionals to join a virtual team that supports U.S. immigration attorneys. You will receive comprehensive training in U.S. immigration law and then be placed with law firms that need reliable remote assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file USCIS forms and related documentation.
• Manage client intake, document collection, and case files.
• Communicate professionally on behalf of attorneys with clients and government agencies.
• Coordinate transaction details and track critical deadlines.
• Provide ongoing virtual support to immigration law teams.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognised university.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and personal computer.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using online collaboration tools.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Multilingual candidates are especially encouraged.
