About the role

This remote contractor position focuses on building and refining conversational datasets for next‑generation Large Language Models. You will work on realistic AI assistant interactions, function‑calling workflows, and prompt engineering while adhering to strict quality guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑turn conversations between users and AI assistants.
• Create high‑quality examples that involve function calling, tool usage, and structured reasoning.
• Evaluate and improve AI‑generated dialogues for accuracy, consistency, and logical flow.
• Simulate assistant interactions using APIs, JSON structures, and function‑calling workflows.
• Write prompts and responses that showcase natural language understanding and real‑world problem solving.
• Follow detailed project guidelines while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with reviewers and quality teams to enhance training datasets.

Required profile

• Professional experience in software engineering, computer science, AI/ML, data annotation, or technical writing.
• Strong technical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
