About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on overseeing end‑to‑end logistics operations, optimizing supply‑chain processes, and delivering data‑driven improvements across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as on‑time delivery, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply‑chain activities with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including supplier disruptions and logistical bottlenecks.
- Leverage data analytics tools to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
Required profile
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply‑chain planning, or related fields.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets and drive decision‑making.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with supply‑chain management software.
- Experience using data visualization tools.
