Remote M&A Paralegal – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a skilled M&A Paralegal to support a global leader in the technology, information and internet sector. This remote, contract position focuses on mergers and acquisitions transactions, requiring meticulous document preparation and due‑diligence support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organize transactional documents such as merger agreements, asset purchase agreements and ancillary paperwork.
• Conduct due‑diligence reviews of corporate records, contracts and legal filings.
• Draft and review closing checklists, transaction memoranda and other deal‑related materials.
• Coordinate with legal teams, corporate counsel and external advisors on transactional matters.
• Maintain and update corporate records to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Experience drafting and reviewing corporate transaction documents.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple deadlines.
• Capacity to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
