Remote Management Consultant – Process Optimization

About the role

We are seeking a Management Consultant to work remotely on a contract basis for a global leader in the Information Services sector. The consultant will analyze existing operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help standardise management practices across distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current management frameworks and pinpoint gaps in execution.
• Design and document standard operating procedures for remote teams.
• Track key performance indicators, generate productivity reports and highlight trends.
• Partner with department heads to align processes with strategic objectives.
• Recommend and evaluate technology solutions that automate workflows and reduce manual oversight.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, business process optimisation or related consulting.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of using data‑driven insights to drive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑team documentation and reporting.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
