About the role

We are seeking a PhD‑qualified Mathematics Professor/Researcher to join a leading technology client on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will apply advanced mathematical theory to drive innovation in AI and data‑science projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine mathematical models for AI‑driven applications, focusing on optimization and probabilistic reasoning.
• Perform rigorous theoretical analysis to validate and extend existing algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate mathematical insights into scalable computational solutions.
• Publish research findings in peer‑reviewed journals and present at academic or industry conferences.
• Mentor junior researchers or graduate students in advanced mathematical concepts.

Required profile

• PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in mathematical modeling, numerical analysis, or computational mathematics.
• Strong background in statistics, linear algebra, and differential equations.

Required skills

• Programming in Python, MATLAB, or Julia for mathematical simulations.
• Experience with machine‑learning frameworks and optimization algorithms.
