Remote Notion Expert – Contract Role

About the role

We are seeking a Notion Expert to join a global AI initiative on a contract basis. This remote position involves using Notion daily to support AI training workflows, ensuring high‑quality data annotation and process documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
• Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for Notion usage.
• Document processes and maintain up‑to‑date records in Notion databases.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.

Required profile

• Proficiency in using Notion for daily tasks, especially workflow management and data annotation.
• Strong organizational abilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience documenting processes and maintaining accurate records.
