Remote Notion Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Notion Specialist to join a global AI‑training project on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on using Notion to create high‑quality, real‑world input that helps shape next‑generation AI models. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise and strong Notion skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with accuracy and speed.
• Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, propose and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and insights.
• Document processes and keep Notion databases up to date.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Notion for daily tasks, especially workflow management and data annotation.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to document processes clearly and maintain accurate records.
