Remote Notion Specialist – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Notion Specialist to support a client’s AI training initiative. The contractor will use Notion daily to manage workflows, annotate content, and help improve the platform’s efficiency. No prior AI experience is required – your expertise with Notion is the key.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned workflows in Notion with high accuracy and speed.
• Annotate, organize, and prepare content for AI training processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in Notion workflows and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and insights.
• Document processes and keep Notion databases up‑to‑date.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.
