Remote Notion Specialist – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a remote Notion Specialist to support a client’s AI training initiatives. The contractor will use Notion daily to manage workflows, annotate data, and help improve the platform’s efficiency. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise in Notion is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion as part of AI training processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for using Notion effectively.
• Document processes and maintain up‑to‑date records in Notion databases.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.

Required profile

• Proficiency in using Notion for daily tasks, especially workflow management and data annotation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to spot and resolve bottlenecks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
