Remote Notion Specialist – Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a remote Notion Specialist to support a client’s AI training initiatives. The contractor will use Notion daily to manage workflows, annotate data, and help improve the platform’s efficiency. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise in Notion is the key.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion each day to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy.
• Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, proposing improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices for effective Notion usage.
• Document processes and keep Notion databases up‑to‑date.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion interface organization to the client’s team.

Required profile

• Proficiency in using Notion for daily tasks, especially workflow management and data annotation.
• Strong organizational abilities and a knack for spotting inefficiencies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for sharing insights.
• Experience documenting processes and maintaining accurate records in Notion.
• Analytical mindset to give constructive feedback on Notion usage.
