Remote Phone Outreach Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Phone Outreach Agent to connect with prospective customers via outbound calls. You will represent our services, answer basic questions, and set qualified appointments while working from home during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and introduce available services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments through internal systems.
• Maintain accurate call activity and customer records in the CRM.
• Follow approved outreach processes and meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Support additional outreach campaigns and administrative projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational ability and multitasking skills.
