Remote Phone Screener – Full‑Time (US Business Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Phone Screener to be the first point of contact for prospective candidates. You will conduct high‑volume outbound calls, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interviews for a fast‑paced remote recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound calls daily using company‑provided candidate lists.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and availability.
• Explain open positions, responsibilities, and hiring expectations to candidates.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers for qualified applicants.
• Document screening notes and candidate updates in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily targets for screenings, outreach, and interview scheduling.
• Provide additional recruiting and administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette with strong active‑listening abilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining quality.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable computer, mobile device, stable electricity, and primary + backup internet connections.
