About the role

Fahsoft Technology is looking for a full‑time, remote Post Designer to create visually compelling content for its digital platforms. This unpaid opportunity is designed to give aspiring designers real‑world experience in a professional digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, web banners, and promotional graphics that follow brand guidelines.
• Interpret creative briefs, select imagery, typography, and colour schemes.
• Prepare final assets for multiple channels and device formats.
• Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to align designs with campaign objectives.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Proficiency with graphic‑design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Ability to produce engaging social‑media graphics and simple motion elements.
• Basic understanding of digital‑marketing concepts, branding, and audience engagement.
• Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand directions.
• Good communication skills and capacity to work independently in a remote, full‑time setting.
• Portfolio or samples of relevant design work (academic projects, freelance, or personal).
• Interest in learning SEO, content creation, and broader digital services.
