Remote Radiologist Contractor for AI Training

About the role

This is an hourly, remote contractor position where you will act as a Radiology Subject Matter Expert, reviewing AI‑generated imaging responses and creating expert content to improve AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and gold‑standard answers covering imaging appropriateness, protocols, differential diagnosis, and reporting concepts.
• Evaluate, rank, and provide feedback on AI responses to enhance clinical correctness, safety, clarity, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and bias, ensuring reliability across patient populations.

Required profile

• MD/DO (or equivalent) with completed Diagnostic Radiology residency and board eligibility/certification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional radiology experience in academic, community, teleradiology, or subspecialty practice.
• Strong clinical reasoning, imaging modality selection, and safety judgment (contrast, radiation, pregnancy, renal function).
• Excellent attention to detail for fact‑checking and identifying unsafe assumptions.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) and reliable, self‑directed remote work capability.
