Remote Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales Associate to generate new business by contacting prospective customers over the phone. You will introduce our services, uncover customer needs, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified appointments for our licensed representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Build rapport with prospects through professional, courteous conversations.
• Present service offerings clearly and confidently.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Follow established scripts and outreach processes.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Support additional sales and outreach initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
