Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Remote Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing team. In this role you will identify influencers and key decision‑makers, engage outbound prospects, and build lasting relationships that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment.
• Conduct research to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and potential leads.
• Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads.
• Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to prospective buyers.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow‑up to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Stable, fast internet connection and a dedicated workstation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a competitive, goal‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
