Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

BuzzyBooth is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to engage business owners, qualify opportunities, and schedule product demonstrations. You will use a multi‑touch outreach strategy across phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp while maintaining a professional, personable approach.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and text.
• Execute structured multi‑touch follow‑up sequences over several days.
• Qualify prospects based on business type, traffic, needs, authority, and interest.
• Book qualified sales demonstrations for the sales team.
• Re‑engage older leads that previously expressed interest.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, tasks, notes, and appointment statuses in GoHighLevel.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of SDR, appointment‑setting, or outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to combine calls, emails, and SMS in outreach.
• Strong spoken and written English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and handling objections.
• Reliable internet, computer, headset, and a quiet work environment.
• Available during designated U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, pipeline, automation).
