Remote Sales Representative – Medical Billing Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to promote Column Bridge’s medical billing services to healthcare providers. The role focuses on generating leads, conducting outbound calls, and converting prospects into satisfied clients, all from a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clinics, medical practices and other healthcare providers.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Present and explain Column Bridge’s medical billing solutions and value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up leads, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Record call activity, leads and conversion data in the CRM.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing or cold‑calling (experience in medical billing is a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of medical billing processes (preferred).
