Remote Sales Trainer / Sales Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our remote team and elevate the performance of our salesforce. In this role you will design and deliver training programs that empower appointment setters, closers, and sales representatives to achieve their targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
• Coach and mentor appointment setters, closers, and sales reps on best practices.
• Create training materials, scripts, role‑play scenarios, and objection‑handling exercises.
• Monitor individual performance, provide constructive feedback, and track training effectiveness.
• Continuously refine training content based on metrics and team needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and delivering sales training.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of lead generation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Experience coaching appointment setters, cold callers, or sales teams is preferred.
• Fluent English with the ability to motivate and develop others.
