Remote Tax Accountant (Chartered Accountant)

About the role

This contract position is for a qualified Chartered Accountant or Enrolled Agent to provide tax compliance, advisory and reporting services to a global client base. Working remotely, you will support multiple jurisdictions and help clients navigate complex tax regulations while optimizing their financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns in line with federal, state and international requirements.
• Deliver tax planning and advisory services to improve clients' financial positions.
• Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulatory changes.
• Represent clients during audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
• Minimum three years of experience in tax compliance, accounting or financial advisory.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
