Remote Video Editor (Contract)

About the role

MotionOx is a video production studio serving brands and creators across several English‑speaking markets. We are expanding our editing team and need a remote, project‑based Video Editor who can work on your own schedule and deliver high‑quality YouTube and social media videos.

Key responsibilities

• Edit YouTube long‑form, short‑form, and social videos according to clear briefs.
• Cut cleanly, maintain strong pacing, and shape the story.
• Sync sound and music, add basic motion graphics and titles.
• Deliver final files that meet technical specifications and deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate to polish the final product.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proven ability in both short‑form and long‑form editing.
• Strong sense of pacing, cuts, and story structure.
• Ability to sync audio and music accurately.
• Basic motion‑graphics and title creation skills.
• Fast, reliable turnaround with clear communication.
• Own computer and editing setup.
• No formal degree required; students, self‑taught editors, and fresh graduates are welcome.
