About the role
Join ReplyWorks as a Research & Data Associate, supporting lead generation, data management, and social media activities for a B2B cold email agency.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify targeted leads.
- Collect accurate and relevant data and perform precise data entry.
- Maintain and organize lead databases, regularly updating contact information.
- Create and design social media content and posts.
- Assist in planning and managing the social media content strategy.
- Support other day‑to‑day tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Graphic Design.
- 1–2 years of experience, with lead generation experience a plus.
- Experience in social media content creation, post design and strategy.
- Strong research skills, tech‑savvy and high attention to detail.
