Restaurant General Manager – Faisalabad

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our new Faisalabad branch. The role involves full responsibility for daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day restaurant activities, both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop the restaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Control operational, food and labour costs, manage inventory and minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Analyse sales and operational reports and implement corrective actions.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, attendance and productivity.
• Coordinate with the Head Office to implement company initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7–8 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver strong financial results.
