Restaurant Manager

About the role

BIG is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager in Lahore to take complete ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations. The role is hands-on and responsible, covering a fast-paced food business: identifying problems, fixing them, managing the team and keeping the restaurant running smoothly every day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Manage daily dine-in, takeaway and Foodpanda orders
• Maintain food quality, portion control, presentation and service standards
• Monitor inventory and stock levels and prevent shortages or wastage
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, dining area, counters and the whole restaurant
• Manage staff attendance, shifts, discipline and performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy hours
• Monitor opening and closing procedures and ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time
• Identify operational problems and resolve them, reporting key issues, stock needs and daily performance to management

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a restaurant, café, fast-food outlet or similar operation
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, food quality and customer service
• Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure
• Takes initiative and does not need constant supervision

Required skills

• Comfortable handling POS systems
• Comfortable using online delivery platforms such as Foodpanda
