Robotics Engineer

About the role

The Robotics Engineer will join Air University’s research and development team in Islamabad to design, develop and implement advanced robotic systems. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on enhancing process automation and delivering software solutions that meet project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robotic hardware and software solutions.
• Program and integrate automation software to optimise workflows.
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for new projects.
• Optimize existing robotic processes for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate progress effectively.

Required profile

• Proficiency in robotics and experience designing robotic systems.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex engineering problems.
• Experience in process automation and workflow optimisation.
• Background in software development with programming skills relevant to robotics.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
