Rubric Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Rubric Developer to join a leading technology company on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will design, test and maintain evaluation rubrics that power content‑quality scoring across multiple platforms. Your work will directly influence the fairness and accuracy of the assessment system used by thousands of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve evaluation rubrics for content assessment tasks.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to ensure rubric criteria align with platform objectives.
• Analyze rubric performance data to detect bias, gaps or inconsistencies and propose enhancements.
• Document rubric rules, guidelines and usage instructions for evaluators and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on rubric design to increase consistency and reliability of assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating or optimizing evaluation rubrics for content or data‑driven tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and feedback.
• Familiarity with content evaluation processes in digital or gig‑economy platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clear, structured documentation.
