Rubric Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Rubric Developer to join a leading technology client on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will create and refine evaluation frameworks that drive fair and accurate content scoring across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain evaluation rubrics for content assessment tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure rubric criteria align with platform goals.
• Analyze rubric performance data to identify improvement opportunities and reduce bias.
• Document rubric rules and guidelines for evaluators and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on rubric design to enhance consistency and reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating or optimizing evaluation rubrics for content or data tasks.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance metrics and feedback.
• Familiarity with content evaluation processes in digital or gig‑economy platforms.
• Excellent written communication for clear guideline creation.
• High attention to detail to maintain fairness and accuracy.
