Ruby on Rails Developer (Okara)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing development team in Okara. You will work on real‑world SaaS and AI‑powered products, collaborating closely with senior developers, designers, and product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Troubleshoot bugs and optimise application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git and version‑control workflows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
