Sales Account Manager – Microsoft

About the role

The Microsoft Sales Account Manager drives revenue growth across Microsoft licensing and solution portfolios, including Copilot, Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, and Power Platform. The role combines consultative selling, customer relationship management, and pipeline development to close enterprise and mid‑market deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales of Microsoft Copilot, Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Power Platform, and licensing solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct customer engagement and partner collaboration.
• Create and execute territory account plans to meet revenue and pipeline targets.
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored Microsoft cloud solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience selling IT, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven track record selling Microsoft cloud services to enterprise or mid‑market customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
