Sales Acquisition Executive (B2B & US Trucking)

About the role

A results-driven Sales Acquisition Executive is sought to generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for truck dispatching and logistics services. The position is full-time and onsite in Gunza Center, Blue Area, Islamabad, on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, online platforms, networking and other channels.
• Make outbound calls and communicate with potential clients.
• Qualify leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate service terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• 1-5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in US trucking, logistics, freight brokerage, transportation or B2B services is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Target-oriented, results-driven approach and comfort working independently.
