Sales Agent – Insurance Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our Lahore office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, promote insurance products, and guide customers through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs, present suitable insurance options, and explain policy features.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM or call‑center system.
• Follow compliance, quality, and data‑privacy guidelines.
• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries professionally.
• Sales mindset focused on prospecting, closing deals, and meeting targets.
• Basic knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to coaching, and share knowledge within the team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts and maintain professionalism under pressure.
