About the role
Agay Barho is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead a team of four professionals in the Food & Beverages sector. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing the average order value through strategic sales and digital marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute aggressive sales growth strategies across dine‑in, delivery and new channels.
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets, identifying new streams such as corporate deals, events and B2B collaborations.
- Lead marketing direction in partnership with agencies, creating youth‑focused campaigns that align with a premium brand identity.
- Analyze competitor strategies and respond proactively with innovative activations.
- Identify and secure new locations, partnerships and franchise opportunities.
- Scale online delivery platforms, improve conversion rates, customer retention and app downloads.
- Set KPIs for sales and marketing teams, monitor performance dashboards and take corrective actions based on data.
- Build and mentor a high‑performance team, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
Required profile
- MBA (Marketing, Sales or Business) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role within the food & beverages, retail or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and launching successful marketing campaigns.
