Sales Appointment Setter – Client Services

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Appointment Setter to support our growing US‑based commercial insurance operation. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead follow‑up and scheduling discovery meetings for sales representatives serving contractors and healthcare businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50–60 outbound calls per day to commercial‑lines prospects.
• Handle inbound leads generated through social‑media lead‑generation forms.
• Proactively reach out to leads with a consultative approach and schedule discovery meetings on the assigned sales rep’s calendar.
• Focus outreach on contractor and healthcare business segments and maintain a consistent pipeline.
• Conduct professional outbound and inbound calls with US business owners, using accent‑neutral English.
• Log call outcomes, appointments and lead status accurately in the designated AMS software.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial‑lines insurance sales or appointment setting.
• Strong outbound‑calling ability (minimum 50–60 calls per day).
• Familiarity with US business culture and B2B outreach.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily KPIs without supervision.
• Experience targeting contractors and/or healthcare clients is preferred.

Required skills

• Use of AMS (Agency Management System) software.
• CRM platform experience.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads lead‑generation workflows.
• Knowledge of Google Ads lead‑generation workflows.
