About the role

TRIBAL 3 is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join its Karachi team. You will identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, build relationships and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

Prospect new clients through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels.
Understand client requirements, present TRIBAL 3’s services and follow up with prospects.
Negotiate and close deals, coordinating with the technical team to prepare proposals.
Maintain lead records, track sales activities and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting and new business development.
Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
Interest in selling website development, e‑commerce, software and digital marketing services.
Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working toward sales targets; degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
